I thought for sure I'd hit min area, then found a different way of doing the last bonds and outputs that could allow for a 19A. However, I don't have the skills/motivation to find and program a layout that works for that. So, here's a min+1 stake-in-the-ground with little to no optimization of secondary.

The final steps have only 3 spaces not occupied by an atom or an arm base, which makes for tight maneuvering. In a 19A, there would be only two spaces not occupied by an atom or arm base. There's only one outputting sequence I could find that keeps the bonder covered until you're ready to output (which is very helpful because otherwise waste juggling is a nightmare), but couldn't find a layout that worked with it and what's needed for inputting.

Maybe using both inputs makes 19A possible, but I doubt it. I may try to find something like that. It requires less access points than the animismus glyph, but seems cumbersome in other ways.
